Macon gives to #31 Diieso who is stopped immedately by #52 Wolf. 2nd and 24 on the Rainbow 12. Pitch goes to Diieso who is stopped for a loss of one. 3rd and 25 Rainbows.

Ryan Eslinger comes in to guide the Rams as they have 1st and 10 on the Rainbow 4 yard line. Joey Porter is one sack short of tying Brady Smith's record of 4 in a game.

Blake gets the carry and bounces around the right end. Blake fumbles and picks it up for a loss of 2 yards. 2nd and 12 as Blake takes it up the middle for 15 yards to the Ram 17. Eslinger barely gets the play off and passes to #27 Dallas Davis for 15 yards.

1st and 10 Rams on the Ram 32. Eslinger under center gives to Jamie Blake who ambles forward for 8 yards to the Rainbow 40. 2nd and 2 Rams. Eslinger rolls out and throws down field to Davis for a 20 yard gain. 1st and 10 Rams on the Rainbow 40.

Blake carries forward for 5 giving a 2nd and 5 on teh Rainbow 35. Eslinger gives to Blake again who takes it 8 yards forward for a 1st and 10. 1st and 10 Rainbows as Tharp carries around the right end and meets Taylor and Tuitele after 5 yards. 2nd and 5 Rainbows on the Ram 26. Skinner tosses to Tharp who is met in the backfield by Kris Roberts and stopped for no gain. 3rd and 6 'Bows as Joey Porter gets his third sack of the afternoon and takes Skinner back 7 yards. 4th and 13 for the Rainbows. They're going for it. Skinner punts it and knocks it out at the 4 yard line.

Skinner passes to #87 Kirby who is brought down by Ross and Cieslinski after two yards. 2nd and 8. Skinner's bullet is off the chest of Charles and the flag comes in for pass interferance.

1st and 10 Rainbows on their 40. Skinner comes back and looks to pass. His long pass down the sideline for Morris is incomeplete. 2nd and 10 on their own 40 for the Rainbows. 1st and 10 Rams on the Rainbow 43. Moreno under center comes back and gives to McDougal who takes it over the 46 for a three yard gain. 2nd and 7 Rams on the Rainbow 40. Moreno is back to pass and throws compelte to Geoff Turner who is pushed out of bounds after 16 yards.

1st and to Rams on the Hawaii 25. McDougal in the back-field takes the draw up the middle untouched. The defensive secondary gives him some trouble but he rambles in 24 yards for the score. Hurst is on for the extra point and puts it up the side of the field

Diieso carries forward up the middle for 4 yards giving the Rainbows some breathing room. 2nd and 6 Rainbows. Diieso is stopped for no-gain by Ross and Kvamme on the five-yard-line. 3rd and 6 Rainbows. The hadnoff to Diieso gets them to the 6 and a 4th and 5. Shrout stands at the back of the Rainbow end zone.

Geoff Turner gets a 20 yard return to bring the Rams to 1st and 10 on the Rainbow 43.

Moreno brings teh Rams to the line as the television time out ends. The give is to Washington who takes it around the right end for one yard. On second down the pitch goes to Washington who gets five around the left end. 3rd and 4 for the Rams. Moreno comes up passing and hits Washington who spins makes tackers miss and takes it forward 20 yards to the Rainbow 48-yard-line.

1st and 10 Rams. Moreno come sback and passes - scrambles - and passes long, 40 yards down the field to Dallas Davis - incomplete. 2nd and 10 Rams on the 48. Moreno's pass is batted down by Cobb Adams bringing up 3rd and 10 on the Rainbow 48. Moreno to pass goes directly to the Chris Chinnick the Rainbow defensive back who dropps the pass. Preston Loos comes on to punt as the ball takes a Ram bounce and is downed by #30 Andy Englestad on the 1 yard line.

Morrie Row carries forawrd for 2 bringing up 2nd and 8 for the 'Bows. Skinner comes back and scrambles from pressure. Takes it 11 yards for a Rainbow first down on the Ram 26. Skinner pitches to #25 Tharp and a flag comes down on the five yard gain. Holding called on Hawaii will make it 1st and 17 from the Ram 33-yard-line.

Skinner hands it to Tharp who is stacked up and gets one yard gain around the left end. Skinner comes back and pitches on the flea-flicker to Tharp who scrambles for 9 yards bringing up 3rd and 7 on the Ram 23. Skinner gets sacked as he scrambles out of the pocket. Rob Cilinski gets the sack.

Skinner comes to the line and the pass is complete to #2 Macon. 1st and 10 Rainbows on the 39. Gain of six on the pass brings up 2nd and 4. Skinner's pass is deep the reciever is wide open and its incomplete in the flat.

The 3rd and 4 give is to tharp who is stopped short of the first down on the Ram 47 yard line. Darran Hall is standing on the 10 to return the punt which is downed by the Rainbows on the Ram 4-yard-line for a 50 yard punt.

Moreno comes up under center and gives to Kevin McDougal who gains five yards to the Ram 9-yard-line.

Moreno gives to McDougal again who blows through the right side of the line for a first down after 11 yards.

Skinner's pass falls incomplete as Shrout comes on to punt. The Diieso downs the ball after it takes a Ram bounce. Ram Ball at the Rainbow 36.

Moreno comes back and gives to #34 Jamie Blake who looses one on the carry up the center.

Moreno throws a beautiful pass to Paul Turner who brings it in as he is hit. Gain of 12 for the Rams and its 1st and 10 on the Rainbow 25. Moreno's pass is off the fingers of Paul Turner deep in the end zone.

Moreno brings them to the line and gives it to Jamie Blake who is brought down by Pogott and Chapman. 3rd and 5 Rams on the 20. Moreno hits Corey McCoy on the 1-yard-line for a 1st and goal on the one yard line.

Jamie Blake takes it in -- HE WAS NEVER TOUCHED. The Ram line is manhandling the Rainbows and creating huge holes.

Moreno brings the Rams to the line following the time out. Whistles stop the play as the officals get set. 3rd and 3 Rams as Moreno comes up throwing a bullet to #86 Derek Uhl. The pass is incompelete and #15 Preston Loos comes on for the first time this afternoon. It's a high 39 yard punt that is fair caught on the Ram 9-yard-line.

Skinner gives to Diieso up the left side who is brought down by #45 Taylor #8 Taylor. 2nd and 5 and the pitch goes to Diieso who is stopped by Porter again after one yard 3rd and 4 on the Ram 15-yard-line for the 'Bows. The delay of game call will move them back five yards to a 3rd and nine on the Ram 10 yard line. The Rainbows have to look for kicking room here as they come to the line and take a time out.

Skinner hands it to Charles Tharp who takes it upfield for three yards before being stopped by Dennis Randal. 2nd and 7 Rainbows and its Tharp again until he meets Nate Kvamme after 5 yards. 3rd and 2 'Bows on the 24.

It's a sack --- the ball is loosse and Erik Olsson takes the fumble in for a touchdown. The first defensive touchdown for the Rams this year. Unsportsmanlike conduct for the Rams after the recovery so it will be a35 yard PAT --- No Good. Rick Crowell got the sack and forced the fumble.

Moreno drops back to pass and it's through the hands of Geoff Turner who is slow to get up but walks off the field on his own. The handoff goes to McDougal who takes around the right end for 7 yards. 3rd and 3 Rams at the Rainbow 17 yard line. Moreno gives to McDougal on the draw who is stopped short of the 1st down. 4th and 1 as the Rams line up to go for it. McDougal takes the pitch around the right end and is stopped with no gain.

The Rams are slow to get set but quickly wrap up the running back for a loss of two yards and a 2-12 for the 'Bows. Skinner keeps and runs around the right end getting 5 yards before Kvamme brings him down. 3-7 'Bows. The snap is low and rolling. Skinner picks it up and scrambles for 4 yards. 4th and 3 brings in Shrout in to punt before the whistles blow the play dead. Timeout Rams.

It's a sunny 72-degree day at Hughes Stadium as the Rams enter the field with a 5-10 mph breeze corssing the field.

Moreno comes up passing and it's delfected. 2-10 at the 37 for Moreno and the Rams. The handoff goes to Washington who gains 11 yards and a Ram first down before being pushed out of bounds. 1-10 Rams on the 47. Moreno hands it to Washington who takes it up the middle for three yards and a 2-7 for the Rams. Moreno under center comes back and play fakes before hitting Eli Workman in the flats.. for a 32 yard gain before he's wrapped.

Screen complete to Washington for another 9 yard gain and a 2-1 situation for the Rams on the Rainbow 11. Moreno comes back and hands it to Washington for a 7 yard gain and a 1-goal on the 4-yard line for the Rams.

The handoff is deep for Washington who makes it back to the 2-yard line. 2nd and goal Rams. Moreno drops back and fakes with a pass complete to TE Derek Uhl in the corner of th endzone. Derek Franz puts the extra point through the uprights. It's 7-0 Rams.

This is the first opening drive resulting in a score for the Rams since the Nevada game earlier this year.
