Ram Softball Team takes 7-1 Record to Tuscon this weekend

Following an impressive 5-1 victory at the Texas A&M Invitational last weekend Colorado State heads to Tucson, Ariz. this weekend for the Hillenbrand Invitational at the University of Arizona. Friday the Rams take on LSU and Florida, Saturday they face Kansas, Kent State and 1996 national champion Arizona, and Sunday the meet DePaul.
Last weekend the Rams won the Texas A&M Invitational in College Station, Texas, defeating Texas A&M in the final game of the tournament when Kelley Spence hit a three-run home run in the top of the seventh inning for a 3-2 win.
