Children's Trust Fund Winter And Spring Board Meetings Announced Wednesday, February 4, 1998 FORT COLLINS--The Colorado Children's Trust Fund board will hold this year's winter and spring meetings at 9 a.m. on Feb. 4, March 19 and May 15. The meetings will be held at the trust fund office, 110 16th Street in Denver. All board meetings are open to the public. The trust fund provides grants to create and support child abuse and neglect prevention programs throughout the state. The trust fund is managed by a nine-member board, and is supported by a $10 fee on Colorado marriage licenses, federal grants and contributions.
