Public Invited To Attend Annual Joint Service Club Address Oct. 29 Thursday, October 23, 1997 FORT COLLINS--Colorado State University President Albert Yates will provide an update on the status of the university and flood recovery efforts at the 26th annual Joint Service Club Address. The public is invited to attend the noon luncheon Oct. 29 at the Lincoln Center, 417 W. Magnolia St. The address is an annual tradition in which the university's president provides community members with an update on the challenges, opportunities and direction of Colorado State University. Tickets for the luncheon are $10. Reservations must be made in advance by contacting Don Johnson at (970) 482-3883. The last day to make reservations is Oct. 24.
