Colorado State University Offers Video On Flood Aftermath; Proceeds Benefit Flood Recovery Fund

FORT COLLINS--A videocassette recounting the flood of July 28 and the massive recovery efforts in the aftermath of the storm is being sold by Colorado State University to benefit the Colorado State University Flood Recovery Fund.

The "After the Flood" video includes live footage from the night of the flood and interviews and damage reports from across campus the following day. The video also features individuals who united to help Colorado State's clean-up and recovery efforts.

Cost is $10 per video, which includes shipping and handling. All proceeds from video sales go to the flood recovery fund, which was established by the university to help offset personal and professional losses experienced by faculty, staff and students that were not covered by insurance or disaster relief agencies. The video was underwritten by the Colorado State University Alumni Association and produced by the department of media and community relations.

To order a video, send check or money order, payable to Colorado State University Flood Recovery Fund, to: Flood Recovery Video, Colorado State University Public Relations Office, 271 Aylesworth Hall SW, Fort Collins, CO 80523. Include name, shipping address and phone number. Allow two to three weeks for delivery.
