Rockies Ag Family Appreciation Day Tickets Are Limited

FORT COLLINS--Tickets are selling fast for the 5th Annual
Rockies Ag Family Appreciation Day, so place your order today.
This fun-filled event features Rockies baseball, a barbecue and a
benefit auction to honor the social and economic contributions of
Colorado and Wyoming agricultural families.
Pre-game festivities begin at 1 p.m. July 26 at the National
Western Stock Show Complex with a catered barbecue, followed by a
benefit auction from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. KOA Rockies announcers
Jeff Kingery and Wayne Hagin will bring their own brand of humor
and baseball knowledge to the auction. At 6:05 p.m., the fun
moves to Coors Field, where the Colorado Rockies take on the
Chicago Cubs.
Money raised at the auction funds scholarships for
agriculture students at Colorado State and the University of
Wyoming. Some of the items up for bid include:
* autographed Rockies team baseballs;
* original western artwork;
* tickets to Cheyenne Frontier Days; and
* much more.
Round-trip bus service is available to Coors Field from the
barbecue site for $6 per person. Parking at the National Western
Stock Show Complex is free. Tickets for the barbecue are $7.50
per person. Baseball tickets are $5, $9 or $11. The $9 discount
packages are sold out; a limited number of $11 discount packages
still are available.
