New Members Added To State Board Of Agriculture
Wednesday, May 7, 1997
FORT COLLINS--Two new members joined the State Board of
Agriculture at today's regularly scheduled meeting.
Anne Z. Putnam, of Durango, and Mike Stratton, of Littleton,
joined the board following approval from the state legislature in
the recent session. They replace outgoing members Romaine
Pacheco, who served eight years on the board, including the last
two as president, and Jim Isgar, who served the last nine years,
including a stint as president from 1993 to 1995.
"We're excited about the addition of these two quality
individuals to the board and look forward to their insights,"
said Chuck Mabry, vice president of the board. "At the same time,
we'd be remiss if we didn't thank both Romaine Pacheco and Jim
Isgar for their dedication and commitment to the board and their
service over these past years. They will both be missed."
