Colorado State's On Tour Program In Denver Feb. 24
Tuesday, February 11, 1997
DENVER--Colorado State University will offer interested
students the chance to learn about college life with the On Tour
program Feb. 24 in Denver and Feb. 26 in Colorado Springs.
This Colorado State fair provides students with a wide range
of information about the university, including financial aid,
admissions, academic programs, athletics, housing, campus life
and student organizations. Exhibits will feature all eight
colleges, the graduate school and many departments.
On Tour in Denver is scheduled 6:30-8:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at the
Holiday Inn-Southeast, located at 3200 South Parker Road.
"On Tour is really a first-hand university experience for
students. It's a chance to show prospective students that
Colorado State is their university," said Brad Chacon, admissions
counselor. "The On Tour program provides an opportunity for
students and their families to investigate possible programs and
ask questions of Colorado State representatives."
"The highlight of the evening was learning more about majors
at Colorado State," said a past participant of On Tour. "It
really gave me the opportunity to see a wide variety of options
at Colorado State and talk to advisers and teachers in many
fields."
On Tour is coordinated by Colorado State's Office of
Admissions. For more information, call the Admissions Office at
(970) 491-6909.
