Colorado Children's Trust Fund Announces Winter And Spring Board Meetings Wednesday, February 5, 1997 DENVER--The Colorado Children's Trust Fund, which provides grants to create and support programs to prevent child abuse and neglect, has set its 1997 winter and spring board meeting schedule. All meetings are open to the public. The board meetings will begin 9 a.m. Feb. 7 and May 16 in Denver. For meeting locations and further information, call Joyce Jennings at (303) 446-8860. A nine-member board manages the trust fund, which is supported by an additional $10 fee on Colorado marriage licenses, federal grants and contributions.
