Colorado State Announces Fall 1996 Graduation Ceremonies Monday, December 9, 1996 FORT COLLINS--About 1,100 Colorado State University undergraduates and 164 graduate students will receive diplomas at commencement ceremonies Dec. 20 and 21. Several separate ceremonies are scheduled, each small enough for students to be individually recognized for their scholastic achievements. The schedule for commencement ceremonies is listed below. Friday, Dec. 20 * 7 p.m., Lory Student Center Theatre - ROTC Commissioning Ceremony. * 7:30 p.m., Moby Arena - Graduate School.
